Please consider all SSW staff, including those working with externally funded projects. You may nominate one or more persons (one nomination form should be completed for each nominee).

Nomination letter

Your letter of nomination will help the Mary Grembowski Staff Recognition Award Committee better assess your candidate's contribution to the School. In your letter, please include a description of your nominee's contribution, which might be a single contribution or ongoing. You might also note the nominee's accomplishments or duties, resourcefulness, initiative, creativity, leadership, responsiveness in delivering service or dedication to principles or values. (Please see criteria above.)

After all letters of nomination are received, the selection committee will request supporting letters from the nominee's supervisor or colleagues in his/her own unit. The selection committee will then review all nominations and select a recipient to be announced in early June.

Please complete the nomination letter and return to sswhr@uw.edu no later than Friday, May 10 at 5 p.m.

Thank you for your consideration of nominating our wonderful staff!
